i950 DC-Link servo drive: ​Compact power for multi-axis systems​

More performance with less complexity, even if the number of axles increases​

More axes, higher dynamics – and the control cabinet becomes a bottleneck. The new i950 cabinet DC-Link expands the proven i950 platform with an integrated DC rail system: less wiring, shorter assembly, up to 4 times overload with up to a third smaller footprint. It only becomes part of the Best Axis in the system: PROFIdrive and CiA 402 integrate it seamlessly into existing architectures, Sensorless Motor Control creates freedom in motor selection and supports our IE5/IE6 motors. Pre-designed FAST software modules and auto-tuning shorten the commissioning process. ​ Experience the high-performance servo inverter live in motion at several exhibits at our booth.​

Controller c530: Multicore performance for scalable machines

Integrate more features without leaving the familiar control platform​

More axes and functions must not mean more complexity. The new c530 controller offers machine builders power reserves with the same program structure and prevents the controller from becoming a bottleneck. Multicore processing enables parallel operation of motion tasks, communication and visualization on the four processor cores without having to change the main program. The same design, interfaces and engineering tools as in the c500 series facilitate integration; PROFINET, EtherCAT Device and OPC UA create additional openness. New functions can be added modularly, and existing FAST projects can be reused. Battery-free design and device exchange via SD card simplify operation. Motor Drive System IE5/IE6: Servo-like performance, consistently intended as a system​

The IE5/IE6 Motor Drive System enables machine builders to solve dynamic motion tasks economically and without complex servo architecture.​

This shows how the Best Axis is created from the application: motor, gearbox, converter and software form a coordinated system for dynamic motion tasks. Positioning, synchronizing and demanding start-stop cycles are implemented sensorlessly. This reduces hardware, cabling and integration effort. High energy efficiency even in partial load operation and up to 300% overload capacity enable precise design without unnecessary oversizing. In this way, machine builders can achieve servo-like performance at up to 30% lower system costs and at the same time reduce commissioning effort and total cost of ownership.​

Drive Packages: The best drive solution for every motion task​

From energy-efficient conveying to synchronized multi-axis motion, Drive Packages combine matched drive components into application-ready systems. The result is less complexity, faster implementation and a scalable foundation for future machine variants.​

The Juggler brings electronic camming to life: FAST Electronic Camming enables complex motion profiles to be parameterized instead of individually programmed. The new i950 cabinet DC-Link servo drive synchronizes multiple axes with high precision while reducing installation effort through its integrated DC bus system.
