Description of the behavior:


The axis is moved in Cia402 velocity mode (0x6060 = 2).

An SS1 is triggered during the movement. In this case, the drive is decelerated to standstill with the quick stop ramp. After reaching standstill, the brake is activated to close. During this time, the internal speed setpoint jumps back to the value active before the SS1. After the brake application time has elapsed, the controller is disabled as expected.


Conditions under which the behavior occurs:
  • Brake control activated
  • Cia402 velocity mode (0x6060 = 2) is used
  • SS1 is triggered
