The y-axis runs the profile, even if the input xExecuteProfile for 1x PLC cycle is set to FALSE and then TRUE again. 




Description of behavior:
The y-axis does not move.

Conditions under which the behavior occurs:

  • The x and y axes are moved in  the coordinated mode
  • The xExecuteProfile input for both technology modules is set to FALSE for 1xSPS cycle and then TRUE again.

Short-term measures:
The input xExecuteProfile must remain FALSE for at least 2x PLC cycles before the next rising edge of the next profile is requested.

Recommendations, Rating:
In the coordinated mode of the profiles, profile data is exchanged between the x and y axes. In this mode, no rising edge of the input xExecuteProfile is recognized for the y-axis if it is only set to FALSE once in the PLC cycle. With the consideration of the short-term measure, the function is given and the profiles are executed.
