Verhalten der neuen Version:
The resolver can now also be contacted when the 24V supply to the unit is active, without affecting the online function of the resolver error compensation.

 
What happens?
The online function of the resolver error compensation works incorrectly under certain circumstances and thus only in rare cases.
When this occurs, oscillations occur in the torque and speed curves.

When does the behaviour occur?
  • Contacting of the resolver while the unit is supplied with 24V voltage.

Servo Inverter i750 FW
 
Short-term measures / evaluation / recommendations:
The resolver should only be replaced when the unit is switched off.
Otherwise it is necessary to restart the unit with the resolver correctly contacted, which will reinitialise the resolver.
