L_CT1P: AutoTuning function is cancelled by controller enable shortly after start-up for asynchronous motors (corrected from V03.26.00)
Corrected from:
Library: L_CT1P_ControlToolbox (FAST Motion) from V03.26.00
(Update via Package Manager)
Response of the new version:
After starting the AutoTuning function via controller enable, the magnetisation phase of the asynchronous motor is now waited for before the AutoTuning procedure is actually executed.
The complete magnetisation ensures that sufficient torque can be built up and that the monitoring systems for current and torque do not respond unexpectedly.
What happens?
The limitation of the torque-forming q-current component (0x2831:000 bit 4) responds directly after the controller enable, or after the associated start of the AutoTuning function.
As a result, the auto-tuning function is aborted with error message 19827.
When does the behaviour occur?
Asynchronous motor (ASM) and use of the auto-tuning function and
Start of the AutoTuning function already during the initial magnetisation phase of the ASM.
In this phase, there is not enough q-current available for torque formation (unfavourable ratio of Q- and D-current).
For the duration of the execution of the auto-tuning function, the current limit (0x6073) can be increased to prevent an undesired response of this monitoring
