Response of the new
version:
The value of the gear factor tracking is calculated cyclically. Changing the register length scPar.lrMarkDist leads to a recalculation. However, only if the TM is not in the ACC_DEC_SYNC or SYNCHRONISED state.
What happens?
The value of the gear factor tracking is not calculated cyclically, as expected, but remains at the last determined value.
When does the behaviour
occur?
With active gear factor tracking, an STO (Safe-Torque Off) is triggered and the TM changes the error state. Subsequently, the correct gear factor is no longer determined when changing to the engaged state again.
Which products are affected?
L_TS2P_SyncAndCorrectionBase from library L_TS2PTechMoulesSynchronizingCamming
Short-term measures:
Activate the gear factor tracking again after leaving the engaged state.
