Override of the holding brake control cannot be used with activated cable check (corrected from V01.08.00)

Corrected from:
Servo Inverter i950 FW:  from V01.08.00

Response of the new version:
Forced release of the brake in case of controller inhibit via 0x2820:011 is now also possible if the wiring control function is activated.

Hint for servo inverter  i950 with TA 0x4000 >= [2]:
This also results in a changed behaviour when controlling the brake via bit 14 Brake release manual, of the TA interface.
The brake is released immediately when bit 14 is set to TRUE, not when the controller is enabled.
A cable check is then not carried out in this situation (forced brake release).

What happens?
Forced holding brake release is not possible when the controller is inhibited,
  • neither via override of the brake control 0x2820:011
  • still via the TA interface (control word bit 14 Brake release manual) in case of i950 with TA 0x4000 >= [2]
When does the behaviour occur?
  • The inverter is inhibited and
  • the function cable check is activated
    (Drive mode selection 0x2825 = 15 or Cable check: Behaviour after switch-on 0x2C64:1 = [1] or [2])
Which products are affected?
Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Evaluation / recommendations:
Forced brake release can take place at any time when the controller is enabled.
If forced release or testing of the holding brake is to take place with controller inhibit, then the cable check must be switched off beforehand (0x2C64:1 = 0 or 0x2825 not equal to 15).
