Manual test mode position: Does not function correctly with certain parameterisation (corrected from V01.08.00)

Corrected from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW: from V01.08.00

Response of the new version:
The limitation causing the described behaviour has been removed.
Predefined driving profiles, even with high acceleration, are now run without problems.

What happens?
The driving profile parameterised with the objects 0x2921:x is not driven correctly.
Jumps in the course of the target position can be observed, especially at high accelerations.

When does the behaviour occur?
  • Commissioning function 'Manual Test Mode Position (0x:2825=[17]) and
  • Setting large values that require limiting intermediate results to the display area for internal calculations.

A limitation is made under the following condition:

       610,84 * [ (0x2921:3)²  * (100 - 0x2921:4) ]  /  ( 0x2921:4 * 0x2921:2 )   >  0x7FFFFFFF

Which products are affected?
Servo-Inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Evaluation / recommendations:

Avoid parameterisation of high accelerations where the above condition is fulfilled.
