Profinet communication does not start when using the i950 engineering port at the same time (corrected from V01.08.00)

What happens?
When starting the PROFINET PLC or after a line interruption, the PROFINET communication to the i950 devices does not start.  It will only start when the connection to the i950 engineering port is interrupted.

When does the behaviour occur?
  • When starting up the PROFINET PLC or after a line interruption AND
  • the PROFINET port and the i950 engineering port are physically located in the same network, regardless of the respective IP configuration.
Which products are affected?
Servo Inverter i950 FW: only V01.04.02 to V01.07.xx affected
 
Short-term measures / Evaluation / Recommendations: 
Set up the networks for communication via PROFINET and via the i950 engineering port physically separate from each other.
