EtherCAT parameters 0x10F1:002: Wrong data format UNSIGNED32 instead of UNSIGNED16 present (corrected from V01.05.02)

Corrected from:
Servo-Inverter i950 FW:  from V01.05.02.1788

Response of the new version:
The data format of EtherCAT parameter 0x10F1:002 is now the formally correct data format UNSIGNED16/UINT.
The transfer of parameter sets and applications from older firmware versions (up to and including V01.04.xx) under FW V01.05.xx is guaranteed (upward compatibility).
If an i950 device is exchanged for one with a new firmware: A write access via EtherCAT CoE will result in an SDO abort code 0x06070010 (Data type or parameter length do not agree or are unknown).
In this case the new ESI file has to be configured or the data type of the write access has to be adapted in the PLC program.

What happens?
EtherCAT parameters 0x10F1:002: The data format is UNSIGNED32/UDINT instead of UNSIGNED16/UINT.
There are no functional restrictions.

When does the behaviour occur?
Using the i950 FW Servo Inverter up to and including V01.04.xx

Which products are affected?
Servo inverter i950 FW

Short-term measures / Evaluation / Recommendations:
i950 FWup to and including V01.04.xx:
The EtherCAT parameter 0x10F1:2 has the data format UNSIGNED32/UDINT in both the ESI file and the FW. Therefore there are no functional restrictions.

Devices i950 with new FW from V01.05.02 with TA User:
In existing projects, an error message with reference to parameter 0x10F1:002 occurs with every project update via PLC Designer ('Clean all + generate code') due to the adaptation of the data format.
This error message will still occur once even with PLC Designer version V03.22.00 and higher and the adaptation contained therein.  The user can ignore the described error message.
