L_MC1P_PolePositionIdentification: Output 'xPPInvalid' is not reset correctly (corrected from V03.21.00)
Corrected from: Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion) from V03.21.00.102
(Update via Package-Manager)
Response of the new version:
The status output 'xPPInvalid' of FB 'L_MC1P_PolePositionIdentification' is now switched correctly. The output is set to TRUE for the duration of the initialisation phase of the motion axis. After the initialisation phase the poll position information of the drive is signalled at the output. Prerequisite: The PLI function block is active (L_MC1P_PolePositionIdentification.xEnable =True) and polling monitoring is activated (0x2C65:1)
What happens?
The status output 'xPPInvalid' of FB 'L_MC1P_PolePositionIdentification' for controlling the pollage identification is not switched correctly after the initialization phase (power on or device command 0x2022:35 = [1]). The output 'xPPInvalid' remains erroneously set.
When does the behaviour occur?
Only for the i950 Servo Inverter and
after switching on the device or
the restart via device command 0x2022:35 = [1].
Which products are affected?
Library: L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic (FAST Motion)
Short-term measures, Evaluation/Recommendations:
After successful initialization of the device, reset the PLI status once via the FB input 'xResetPolePosition'. Prerequisite: The PLI function block is active (xEnable=True).
