i950: Improved behaviour when switching the CiA operating mode during a running commissioning function, e.g.: 0x6060=[-12]-->[0] (from V01.05.02)

i950: The robustness of the drive controller against the following maloperation has now been improved.
Switching the CiA operating mode (0x6060) during the commissioning function 'Pollage Identification (PLI)', which is still being processed, previously led to error messages.
E.g.: Changeover 0x6060=[-12] 'PLI' --> 0x6060=[0] 'csp'.

Now the drive controller behaves as follows:
  • Toggling the CiA operating mode from 0x6060=[0, 2, 8, 9, 10] to 0x6060=[-12, -13], to activate a commissioning function, must now be done with the drive controller disabled. 
  • In the enabled state of the drive controller, switching is now rejected.  
  • The same applies to switching in the opposite direction.
