Remedy
The validation of the functional safety system, the results of which are displayed in the corresponding tab of the c250-S safety controller, does not currently differentiate between devices with Advanced Safety and Extended Safety. This means that when using several axes with i750 AS devices, the assumed load of the system exceeds the actual load and in reality more axes may be operated with i750 AS devices than recommended by the EASY System Designer.Machine solution ==> Functional safetyIf you want to use a large number of i750 AS devices and the EASY System Designer indicates an overload of the functional safety system, please contact Lenze Product Support for an individual assessment.
The displayed nominal power for i750 is related to DC-Bus 540V/650V. For a DC-Bus Voltage of 310V this value has to be reduced. The nominal power is displayed in the selection tables for the inverter and at the inverters result view. For manual selection use the inverter current related to the motor current or use the product documentation
Please consider that too many levels of modules may influence the performance of the EASY System Designer, especially the performance of the topology view generation. We recommend limiting the granularity of the machine project to six levels.
