Controller time is not distributed via DC (fixed as of V1.3)

Corrected from:
Cabinet Controller c550 V1.3

Response of the new version:
The time (RTC = Real Time Clock) of the controller c550 is transferred to the EtherCAT slaves connected to the controller.

What happens?
The time (RTC = Real Time Clock) of the connected EtherCAT slaves (e.g. i700) does not correspond to the time of the controller.

When does the behavior occur?
When the EtherCAT bus is started, the EtherCAT master of the c550 does not transmit the time of the controller via Distributed Clock (=DC) to the lower-level EtherCAT slaves. This means that it is not possible to synchronise the time between controller and EtherCAT slaves

Which products are affected?
Cabinet Controller c550 ab V1.0

Short-term measures:
None

Evaluation/recommendations:
The time of the controller does not correspond to the time of the EtherCAT slaves connected to the controller. This can be seen, for example, in the logbook of the affected EtherCAT slaves.
