Engineering port (EtherNet): Going online with Easy Starter only possible within time delay after power-on (corrected from Easy Starter V01.17.00)

Corrected from:
Servo inverter i950 FW:     all versions  (cause was not within the i950 FW)
Easy-Starter:      from V01.17.00

Response of the new version:
The reason for the problem when going online was a malfunction of the functionality for checking IP addresses within the Lenze engineering tool.
This problem has been solved in the meantime with the above mentioned version of the Easy-Starter.
Going online immediately after switching on or plugging in the EtherNet cable now works as expected.

What happens?
The Easy-Starter does not communicate with the device via the EtherNet engineering port.

When does the behaviour occur?
The Easy-Starter goes online shortly after the machine is switched on or the Ethernet cable is plugged in.
Communication does not establish because the IP addresses are checked internally within the device in the first phase after power-up. The Easy-Starter also initially sends data to check the IP addresses. Obviously, the simultaneous evaluation of this data in the i950 prevents the connection from being established.

Which products are affected?
Servo inverter i950 FW  (in conjunction with the Easy-Starter)

Short-term measures / Evaluation/ Recommendations:
Establish the online connection to the device only after all devices have been booted and the internal check of the IP addresses has been completed.
The duration can be in the range of one minute.
