DC out of sync messages with actuation as DC master

Corrected from:
EtherCAT E94AYCET communication module FV 4.02

Response of the new version?
The 94xx EtherCAT Module firmware 4.02 could use as ECAT DC Master.

What happens? What happens?
The EtherCAT master reports for one or several EtherCAT slaves that the DC window of the EtherCAT slaves is outside the tolerance zone. The message 'EtherCAT Master: DC slaves out of Sync' appears in the PLC logbook.

When does the problem occur?
The problem may occur if the 94xx EtherCAT module is actuated as DC master on the EtherCAT bus. In the case of a Lenze Controller this means that the 94x EtherCAT module is the physically first EtherCAT device at the bus and the 'DC Synchronous' function is activated.

Which products are affected?
EtherCAT E94AYCET communication module FV 3.0 in connection with TA CiA 402
Controller 3200C
Panel Controller p500

Diagnostics options?
This malfunction occurs if the "DC Out of Snyc" message appears in the Lenze Controller logbook.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The 94xx EtherCAT module must NOT be actuated as DC master on the EtherCAT bus! This means, if the 94xx is to be actuated in the DC mode, it must NOT be the physically first device on the EtherCAT bus.
