Error message SD15 in the event of an excessive input frequency at DI6 + DI7

Corrected from:
  • Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine V18.00.00
Response of the new version:

In V18.00, the quadruple HTL evaluation for open-circuit monitoring is internally deactivated for the digital inputs DI6 + DI7 above the hardware limit frequency of 5 kHz. The actual speed value continues to be calculated correctly because it is evaluated via the digital inputs DI1+DI2.

What happens?

Incorrect triggering of an SD15 error (open circuit quadruple HTL) at the digital inputs DI6 + DI7.

When does this behaviour occur?

The quadruple HTL evaluation for open-circuit monitoring reports the corresponding "SD15" error if the input frequency at the digital inputs DI6 + DI7 becomes too high.

Which products are affected?
