L_TT1P_CrossCutter: Profile generator for offset does not adapt speed to master (eliminated from V3.17.0)

Behviour of new version:
The profile generator continuously adapts to the speed of the master axis when moving offsets. 
 
What happens?
In the L_TT1P_CrossCutter, the profile generator for offset execution does not adapt the speed to the master. As a consequence, the execution of the set offset may take longer.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The master axis of the CrossCutter technology module is at standstill.
The CrossCutter technology module is clutched in.
A negative offset is selected. After this, the master axis is approached in positive direction.

Library:   L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM (from V3.15.0.32)  
                      TM  L_TT1P_CrossCutter

Short-term measures:
When using the L_TT1P_CrossCutter TM, only set an offset in negative direction when the master axis is already being executed.
 
Evaluation/recommendations:
A short-term measure is available.
