L_MC4P: ABC outputs 'eFunState' and 'xFunDone' toggle if axis is stopped via external stop (corrected from V3.15.0)

Response of the new version:
FB 'ABC' (AxisBasicControl) displays the axis state correct now.
 
What happens?
'ABC' (AxisBasicControl) FB: Under certain conditions, an incorrect axis state is displayed.
In every cycle, the axis state toggles between Stop and External.
The xFunDone output toggles as well.
 
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs after activating an external stop, e.g. by an error stop of the axis group.

Short-term measures: 
Ignore the status displays. After resetting the axis group error, everything is OK again.
