Corrected from:
- Library: L_MC2P_MotionControlCam (FAST Motion) V03.12.00.35
(contained in PLC Designer V03.12.00.177 and higher)

Response of the new version:
The lrLambda input is by default initialised with '0.5'.

What happens?

When executing a cam created by means of the 'L_MC2P_CamRefFromStruct' FB with a segment of type 'Modified sine' (ModSine_VV), a 'Runtime Exception' error message appears.

When does this behaviour occur?
  • The behaviour occurs when using the 'Modified sine' law of motion (ModSine_VV) and
  • the lrLambda input of the corresponding segment (L_MC2P_CamDataXYVA FB) is initialised with '0'.
  • Which products are affected?
    - Library: L_MC2P_MotionControlCam (FAST Motion)
      (contained in the PLC Designer)

    Short-term measures:
Initialised the lrLambda input with '0.5'.
    Evaluation/recommendations:
