Via C2556/1, the system deviation for the position controller can now be set to suit the particular requirements of the application (value range 0..2^31 inc.). For possible following errors >65536 inc., the permissible positional deviation must be increased.

Application:
In the Lenze setting, the system deviation at the position controller input (following error) is limited to 655536 inc.. The correcting variable will thus be limited if the current following error is higher than 65536 inc.. If this limitation is removed by increasing the value in C2556/1, the position controller will return a higher correcting variable as additive speed setpoint which will match the current following error; this allows a more dynamic following error compensation.
