Calculation of the speed controller parameters during motor identification

Corrected from:
Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine and TopLine from firmware version 15.01.00.00

Response of the new version?
Calculation of the VP speed controller (C070/1) including the moment of inertia of the load.

Which products are affected?
Inverter Drives 8400 HighLine and TopLine with a firmware version lower than 15.01.00.00

What happens?
When the motor data are calculated during a motor identification, the moment of inertia of the load (C919/1) is not taken into consideration.

When does the problem occur?
During the motor identification with selection of the "Automatic calculation of the speed controller parameters (C02865/1 bit 5 to "1")" and entry of a load (C919/1).

Diagnostics option?
See response.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Additionally enter the moment of inertia of the load in C273 and set C919/1 to 0.

Evaluation:
The determined values of the speed controllers after the identification are not optimal and have to be adapted manually.
