DC synchronisation: 0x1C32/0x1C33 subindices 6 and 9 for the time offset permanently display zero (corrected from V2.10.12)

Corrected from:
i700 servo inverter,  series devices (V02.x):  from V02.10.12.11906
                                 existing devices (V01.x):  from V01.10.12.11905

Response of the new version:
The mentioned display parameters will display valid values now.

What happens?
The following display parameters permanently display zero:
  • 0x1C32:6 / 0x1C33:6 - display of the minimum time offset required between arrival of the EtherCAT telegram and the Sync0 pulse (CalcAndCopyTime),
  • 0x1C32:9 / 0x1C33:9 - display of the time offset between the Sync0 pulse and the earliest provision of the actual values (DelayTime).
  • Both parameters are not displayed in the parameter menu of the Lenze engineering tools.

    When does this behaviour occur?
    Always.

    Which products are affected?
    i700 servo inverter

    Short-term measures:
    None.

    Evaluation/recommendations:
Since the parameters concerned are only display parameters, the behaviour does not have any effects on the application.
The described behaviour only has to be considered if the parameters of high-precision control systems are actually evaluated to optimise process data.
