L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh: Declutching to basic speed leads to jump (corrected from V3.12.0)

Corrected from:
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM    V03.12.00.9
L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_SM3  V03.12.00.4

Response of the new version:
Declutching can be activated (xSyncVel = FALSE) when clutching in the slave axis via the ElectricalShaftVel technology module. In this case, the technology module declutches the slave axis to the basic speed.

What happens?
When using the ElectricalShaftVelHigh technology module and switching from the clutch-in phase to the basic speed, an axis jump will occur.

When does this behaviour occur?
The TM is clutched in to the master axis. Then the basic speed is changed. Before completion of the clutch-in process, declutching to the basic speed is activated.

Which products are affected?
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh function block in the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_LM library (V3.9.0.62)
L_TT1P_ElectricalShaftVelHigh function block in the L_TT1P_TechnologyModules_SM3 library (V3.9.0.9)

Short-term measures:
The clutch-in phase must be completed before declutching.
Evaluation/recommendations:
If the above short-term measure is observed, the function restriction  will not occur. The profile will be processed without jumps.
If the short-term measure is not observed and the basic speed is variable, jumps may occur and the machine may be destroyed.
