Corrected from:
- i700 servo inverter V01.09.03.10964
Response of the new version:
The commissioning function for determining the 'derived' motor parameters is now always executed as expected.
The stator resistance and the leakage inductance are automatically calculated in advance if the user has not entered the corresponding values.
What happens?
The commissioning function for determining the 'derived' motor parameters on the basis of the data on the motor nameplate does not work reliably.
In the PLC Designer, this commissioning function can be started via the 'Estimate' button under the 'Motor commissioning' tab. In the i700 servo inverter this function is executed via the axis command (0x2822=3).
When does this behaviour occur?
The behaviour occurs in case the user has not entered the motor parameters stator resistance and leakage inductance required for the commissioning function.
Which products are affected?
- i700 servo inverter i700
Short-term measures:
None.
Evaluation/recommendations:
In general, this commissioning function is only required for commissioning third-party motors if not all required motor data is available (motor data sheet of manufacturer is missing).
For Lenze motors, all required motor data is already loaded via the motor catalogue.
