Functional description
Read / write requests of a plugged-in communication module are forwarded to a remotely connected device via the 'CAN on board' system bus. The target CAN address for the respective request is set in C0387.
Applications
Parameterisation and diagnostics of further inverters via a head drive with a fieldbus module. Cost optimisation for applications with little SDO communication.
Engineering tools such as the Engineer or EASY Starter cannot use this gateway functionality.
