Eliminated from:
9400 HighLine SW V10.00.14.00
9400 ServoPLC SW V04.00.12.00
Behaviour of the new version?
The profile parameters selected are adhered to even if almost the same profile speed values are selected.
What happens?
A new profile speed is approached without adherence to the max. jerk.
When does the problem occur?
If during acceleration to the profile speed a new profile speed is selected (e. g. by speed override or restart of the profile), which is so close to the current speed that the new max. profile speed is reached while the acceleration is decelerated, this new speed is immediately approached without adherence to the max. jerk resulting from the profile parameters.
The actually used jerk can be between the max. jerk of the profile parameters and infinite (linear ramp).
Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine SW ≤ V09.00.09.00
9400 ServoPLC SW ≤ V03.00.17.00
Possible diagnostics
Drive behaviour – Records via oscilloscope
Short-term measures/recommendations?
None.
Evaluation:
The behaviour is not necessarily detected during commissioning since not all travel profile constellations occur during the commissioning process. However, the probability that the error occurs is very low.
