Extension of the L_ParRead() and L_ParWrite() functions

Function description
From the LenzeDrive0203.lib library onwards the L_ParRead() and L_ParWrite() function block can now also access CAN indices with a data length of 1 byte and 2 bytes. The data length of the CAN index is selected via the byFraction option of the function blocks:
byFraction=101: 1 byte access
byFractoin=102: 2 bytes acces

Applicaitons
So far, the L_ParRead() and L_ParWrite() function blocks could only acess indices (parameter) of connected CAN devices with a data length of 4 bytes. This means that dependent on the CAN device it was not possible to access 1 byte and 2 bytes indices. Thanks to this function extension 1, 2 and 4 byte indictes can be accessed.
