Encoder evaluation faulty when motor parameters have been modified (remedied from V4.0 onwards)

Remedied from:
8400 HighLine   SW V4.00 onwards

Behaviour of the new version?
The above-named software version rectifies this functional restriction.

Which products are affected?
8400 HighLine   SW ≤ V2.01

What happens?
The alteration of motor parameters leads to an encoder evaluation reset. This in turn leads to loss of the actual position (in respect of positioning) and loss of the actual speed (in respect of speed control).

When does this problem occur?
The problem occurs if certain motor control parameters are written during motor retraction mode.

Possible diagnostics?
Loss of the actual position/position drift or lack of precision in respect of speed control or positioning

Short-term measures/recommendations?
During movement of the motor in retraction mode, the following codes should not be altered:
L-C00011, L-C00016, L-C00019, L-C00022, L-C00023, L-C00081, L-C00087, L-C00088, L-C00089,
L-C00091, L-C00097, L-C00909, L-C00910, L-C00967, L-C00968, L-C00994

Evaluation:
This behaviour is usually noticed during commissioning and can be rectified in accordance with the recommendations.
