Eliminated from:
8400 BaseLine D firmware V2.3
Behaviour of the new version?
When the analog setpoint input for the master current selection (4...20 mA) was used, the error message 'An01' was indicated after power-up although the master voltage selection applied to the inverter was ≥ 4 mA.
This function restriction has been eliminated with the firmware version mentioned before.
Which products are affected?
8400 BaseLine D firmware ≤ V2.2
What happens?
When the mains is powered up an 'An01' error message (open-circuit monitoring at analog input 1 with master current selection) may occur.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs after power-up when the analog setpoint input is parameterised for the master current selection (4...20 mA). The open-circuit monitoring is activated and the 'An01' error message is triggered although the master current selection applied to the inverter is ≥ 4 mA.
Possible diagnostics?
'An01' error message directly after power up with a master current ≥ 4 mA.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Reset the error message after power-up.
Evaluation:
This behaviour is usually detected during commissioning and can be evaluated according to the recommendations.
