Function description
Via the new Lenze code C03002, the limiter/safety connection, the user can parameterise whether the connection between the limiter and the safety module is closed (single drive) or open (DC-bus operation).
Value range Description
0 Open (DC-bus operation)
1 Closed (single drive)
Initial value: 1 (closed)
Applications
A connection between limiter and safety module makes sense in a single drive. The drive independently reaches the safe state if need be.
A drive system may cause problems if individual axes perform independent motion sequences which are not initiated by the control system.
Therefore, the user must be able to close (single drive) and open (DC-bus operation) the connection between limiter and safety module via a code.
