Table positioning - Faulty torque limit during homing (remedied from V2.0 onwards)

Remedied from:
8400 HighLine   SW V2.00 onwards

Behaviour of the new version?
The above-named software version rectifies this functional restriction.

Which products are affected?
8400 HighLine   SW ≤ V1.00

What happens?
The torque limit (L-C01222) for homing is not used.

When does the problem occur?
The problem always occurs when homing is executed at a torque limit (L-C1221/0 = 14...15). It is not switched off when the torque limit for the homing mode (L-C01222) is reached but at the torque limit 'nTorqueMotLim_a' defined at the application block.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Set the torque required during homing via the 'nTorqueMotLim_a' signal at the application block.

Evaluation:
This behaviour usually occurs during commissioning and can be eliminated by applying the recommendations mentioned before.
