Loading motors route data from the ENP does not load all parameters

Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine SW ≤ V10.00.15.00 in conjunction with motors having ENP
9400 Servo PLC SW ≤ V04.00.14.00 in conjunction with motors having ENP

What happens?
The device command C00002 = 2 (ENP: load route data) does not load all parameters required for no-load operation of the motor. Only C00022, C00070, C00071, and C00596 are written.
The parameters C00011 ans C00497 are still the values of former parameterization. The default values of all codes belong to a MCS06C41. Therefore, the problem does not occur with this motor.

When does the problem occur?
The behaviour can be observed when a Lenze motor with ENP is commissioned whose data are to be used exclusively by the ENP and none of the data are written from the Engineer.

Possible diagnostics?
The route parameters remain unchanged after connecting another motor type.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
After the device command C00002 = 2 has been used (e. g. during the initial commissioning via keypad), the plant parameters C00011 and C00497 must be checked and set separately if necessary.

Evaluation:
In addition to the well known function restrictions (see below), a simplified workaround is now available: The number of the codes which must be set manually reduces from six to two.

Which products are affected?
9400 HighLine SW ≤ V10.00.15.00 in conjunction with motors having ENP
9400 Servo PLC SW ≤ V04.00.14.00 in conjunction with motors having ENP

What happens?
When commissioning an ENP motor, the Lenze settings for the route data of the new motor type are not transferred to the controller. The route data contains the values of the motor type connected before or of the MCS06 C41 default motor. It is not possible to load the route data using a controller command.
Due to these incorrect parameters, the control properties of the motor are inappropriate and possibly the motor does not rotate.

When does the problem occur?
You can observe this behaviour when commissioning an ENP motor apart from the MCS06 C41 if all data from the ENP is to be used and no data is written from the Engineer.

Possible diagnostics?
The route parameters remain unaffected when connecting another motor type.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
Parameters C11, C22, C70, C71, C497, and C596 must be manually adapted to the "new" motor after a motor change using the product documentation.
Alternatively, the motor concerned can be selected from the motor catalogue of the Engineer if the Engineer is available during commissioning.

Evaluation
Basically, this restricts usability when commissioning an idling motor. Anyway, the parameters concerned here are usually adapted to operate a motor under load.
