Which products are affected?
EMF 2113 Interbus communication module FV 1.0 in combination with Drive PLC and Servo PLC
What happens?
If the 9th or 10th process data word should be enabled individually by means of index I- 6002 which is located on the module, both process data words were not enabled.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the 9th or 10th process data word is to be enabled individually.
Possible diagnostics?
The behaviour described before has occurred if the 9th or 10th process data word is to be used and if the basic device has not received any values.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
All process data words can be enabled by means of index I-6002 and value 0xFFFFF. In order to avoid the error the process data can also be enabled via DIP switch or code L-C0009.
Evaluation:
The customer usually assigns and enables the process data via DIP switch or code L-C0009.
This function restriction has been eliminated as of FV 1.1.
