9400 with SM301 - Safe torque off effective on single axes and drive group - performance level e

Function:
It is possible to connect sensors to more than only one axis.
In this example there is an emergency stop switch, which switches off both axes, as well as one further emergency stop switch for every single axis.
If an error occurs in the wiring or sensors, the safe output will switch off. Consequently, the safe torque off is activated at both drive controllers.
If clock outputs CLA and CLB of the SM301 of axis 1 were used, the SM301 of axis 2 would not be switched off in the case of a short circuit.
