E82ZAFIC fieldbus function module 'Interbus' firmware > 2.0 in combination with the E82ZBC keypad and 8200 vector/motec frequency inverter series or motor starter
Function description
Due to the introduction of the new Interbus hardware 4A.20 the maximum process data length was reduced from 6 to 4 words. As a result, codes 1510 and 1511 were reduced by subcodes 5 and 6. As of firmware 3.0 the module has been re-extended by these codes so that read and write access via Interbus is possible again. Irrespective of the value entered under these two subcodes there is no action triggered in the module!
Applications
The drive controller and the fieldbus function module can completely be parameterised with an existent parameter set via the Interbus. If the subcodes mentioned before are not available an existent parameter setting routine, in which these two codes are written, cannot be executed without problems.
Note:
The max. process data length is still limited to 4 words even though the subcodes are available again.
