Motor model calculation for the asynchronous motor, error message No. 1131 (PRM) (remedied from operting software V7.4)

Remedied from:
ECSxA (ECS axis module application version 7.4)
and standard applications Speed&Torque, Posi&Shaft and Motion

Behaviour of new version?
If the parameters for the internal motor model calculated from the entered rated motor data are outside the permissible value range error message No. 1131 '(PRM) Parameter model outside value range' is triggered. The controller will be inhibited due to this error message.

Which products are concerned?
ECSxA (ECS axis module application version 7.1)
and standard applications Speed&Torque, Posi&Shaft and Motion

Problem description:
The motor stands still with Imax or Tmax.

When does the problem occur?
The parameters for the internal motor model calculated from the entered rated motor data are outside the permissible value range. This may especially happen when the controller wasn't configured with the motor data assistant but manually - mainly for 3rd-party motors - and when one of the codes C84, C85, C88, C90 was assigned with a value that was too high.

Possible diagnostics?
Read the codes C0079, C0082, C0083, C0092. If one of them has the value '0', the motor model has not been calculated.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The value of the relevant code has to be changed so that the motor model is calculated. The calculation is effected when entering a value.

Evaluation
This behaviour occurs during commissioning and can be eliminated by proceeding as described.
