Speed mode and behaviour of the InTarget status signal (Stat1.InTarget) (remedied from V1.3 onwards)

Remedied from:
ECS Posi&Shaft V1.3 onwards

Behaviour of the new version ?
In combination with the 'Speed-Mode' profile mode the 'Stat1.InTarget' status bit is now set/reset correctly:

Resetting 'InTarget' after the speed mode has been started:
'InTarget' (Stat1.InTaget = 0) is reset approx. 50 ms after the positioning profile has been started in the 'Speed-Mode' (Modes 2 or 112).

Setting 'InTarget' after the speed mode has been completed:
Even if the set speed has become zero through the corresponding ramp the 'InTarget' status bit is set (Stat1.InTarget = 1) after the speed mode has been completed.
Exception: According to definition 'InTarget' is not set if the speed mode has been stopped by QSP or controller inhibit (CINH).

Which products are affected?
ECSxP Posi&Shaft <=V1.2

What happens?
The 'Stat1.InTarget status' status bit is sporadically not set when a positioning in the speed mode has been completed. Instead this bit is only set erroneously when another positioning process is started.
If a positioning is started in the speed mode the 'Stat1.InTarget' status bit is only reset if the distance of the set target window (C3034) has been traversed.

When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs sporadically if positioning is to be executed in the speed mode.

Possible diagnostics?
Observe the 'Stat1.InTarget' status bit during positioning in the speed mode.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
None inside the ECS controller.
If necessary, the target reached message (InTarget) can be simulated in the higher-level control (PLC).

Evaluation:
The positioning in speed mode function itself is not affected by the missing status signal.
