Which products are affected?
9300EP position controller V7.0
9300ES servo controller V7.0
9300EK cam profiler V8.1
Eliminated function restriction
After changing over the motor encoder from absolute value encoder to resolver under C0025 or C0495 the rotor position value under C0058 stops is automatically set to the -90 ° required for the resolver. Lenze synchronous motors with unchanged default settings can be operated with this setting.
Which products are affected?
9300EP position controller <= V6.2
9300ES servo controller <= V6.2
EVS93xx-EK V7.1, EVS93xx-CK V7.1
What happens?
After changing over the motor encoder from absolute value encoder to resolver under C0025 or C0495 the rotor position value under C0058 stops at 0 ° instead of changing to the -90 ° required for the resolver. Due to this setting a synchronous motor will not be able to generate torque.
When does the problem occur?
The problem occurs if the motor encoder has been changed over from absolute value encoder to resolver under C0025 or C0495.
Possible diagnostics?
Check the rotor position under C0058.
Short-term measures/recommendations?
Set the rotor position manually under C0058 or execute a rotor position adjustment.
Evaluation:
The problem usually only occurs during commissioning or when service work becomes necessary, i. e. if the feedback system is actually changed. However, this is immediately detected in the course of the obligatory function check. As a result, the problem can be eliminated by applying the measures described before.
