FB YSET1, stretching/compression > 100 % (elimination)

Which products are affected?
9300 servo cam profiler V7.1

Application
Cam drives requiring functions for stretching / compression of the y-axis.

Description
If values > 100 % are selected as stretching/compression factor at YSET1-FACT, position errors may occur due to the limitation of the input signal at YSET1-IN. This is especially the case when the drive is initialised (mains connection).
Please consider that YSET1-IN is limited to ± 15999 rpm. However, the assigned CDATA-NOUT output indicates max. ± 29999 rpm. In order to eliminate this problem the CDATA function block has been extended by code C1295. If 1 is set under the code mentioned before, the CDATA-NOUT output can be limited to ±15999 rpm. The default setting of ± 29999 rpm remains unchanged.

Short-term measure/recommendation
It is possible to insert the LIMPHD1 function block, which can take on the limitation to ±15999 rpm, into the connection from CDATA-NOUT to YSET1-IN.
