Charging routine of the ECSxA (remedied from B-SW V6.6)

Remedied from:
ECS axis module B-SW  V6.6

Behaviour of new version?
When setting C0175 = 3 (relay control: relay fixed on) the relay has only been switched after exceeding the LU threshold. Now, the relay is always switched on if C0175 = 3.

Which products are affected?
ECS axis module B-SW ≤ V6.5

What happens?
During the charging routine the status words of the axis modules still indicate 'Not-Ready' while the supply module already indicates 'ready to operate'.

When does the problem occur?
When evaluating the status bit 'ready to operate' in the supply unit via the control with release of the axes via the control (e. g. CAN) afterwards.
If the axes are to be released due to the 'ready to operate' message of the supply module they still indicate the 'Not-Ready' status. If a setpoint is selected now the axis does not start to rotate and the monitoring routine in the control may be activated.
This behaviour is caused by the ready status of the axis modules which is programmed not only voltage dependent but in addition to this also time dependent.

Possible diagnostics?
None.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The release of the axis modules must be delayed by max. 500 ms.

Evaluation:
Not relevant for the actual functionality since the problem can be solved by changing the timing.
