Writing code C0058 (pdb ESCxA) (remedied from B-SW V6.6)

Remedied from:
ECS axis module B-SW V6.x with the device description file xxECSxAv6000.PDB version ≤ 1.5.xxxxxx.xx

Behaviour of new version?
The rotor position angle (C0058) has not been transferred to the drive controller when transferring the parameter sets externally (e. g. via GDC). As a result, code C0058 has not been saved either when storing the parameters into a file. The error has been eliminated in the device description file xxECSxAv6000.PDB Version ≤ 1.6.xxxxxx.xx.

Which products are affected?
ECS axis module B-SW ≤ V6.5

What happens?
The rotor position angle (C0058) is not entered into the parameter list (*.gdc), e. g. when transferring parameters via GDC.

When does the problem occur?
When drive controllers are exchanged i. e. when the parameter set (e. g. into a *.gdc file) is read out and the set read out is loaded into the replacement device.

Possible diagnostics?
The original rotor angle is not indicated.

Short-term measures/recommendations?
When drive controllers are replaced a rotor position adjustment is to be executed afterwards.

Evaluation:
In case of synchronous motors this behaviour may cause the motor to overspeed. In case of asynchronous motors this value is not relevant.
