Transmitting cycle time of the process data channels CAN2 and CAN3 is doubled (remedied from B-SW V6.6)

Remedied from:
ECS axis module B-SW V6.6

Behaviour of new version?
The cycle time of PDO now is as expected.

Which products are affected?
ECS axis module B-SW  ≤ V6.5

What happens?
When transmitting PDOs (CAN-OUT2/3) in a synchronised way the expected cycle time of the Out-PDOs doubles.

When does the problem occur?
a) - Code C356.2/3 ≥ 1,
CAN_bTxCan2Synchronized_b = TRUE,
PLC Start/Stop is executed
b) - Code C356.2/3 ≥ 1,
PLC is started,
CAN_bTxCan2Synchronized_b is toggled
c) - PLC is started,
CAN_bTxCan2Synchronized_b = TRUE
Code C356.2/3 is changed

Possible diagnostics?
CAN monitoring by means of usual diagnostics tools (CAN -Alyzer or PCAN)

Short-term measures/recommendations?
The error, caused by the µ-controller, cannot be eliminated. The restriction can only be avoided by applying the following workaround:
Do not set C356.2/3 larger '1'. (C356 is a factor for the task run time. If C3562/3 = 1 the transmitting cycle of the PDOs is directly coupled to the task interval time.)

Evaluation:
If the response affects the process in a negative way, the workaround must be used.
