Function description

Servo PLC:
The digital inputs E1, E2 and E3 are touch probe-capable. The inputs are set as TP inputs via the control configuration of the Drive PLC Developer Studios 2.0. Moreover, it can be selected whether the input should respond as touch probe to MCTRL or DFIN.
The digital inputs E4 (MCTRL) and E5 (DFIN) are touch probe-capable as usual.

Drive PLC:
The digital inputs E2, E3 and E4 are touch probe-capable. Similar to the Servo PLC the inputs are set via the DDS but in case of the Drive PLC only DFIN can be selected as source.
The digital input E1 (DFIN only) is touch probe-capable as usual.

The configuration of the touch probe interface can be carried out via the LenzeTpDrv.lib function library.

Applications

The extension of the touch probe-capable inputs provides more options for the user, e.g. several inputs can be used as touch probe source at the same time.
