Extension of the number of signals of the CAN_Management system block

EPL-10200-EI (Drive PLC Version 6.3)

Function description

The CAN_Management system block has been extended by two signals
  • CAN_byNodeAdress provides the CAN node address of the PLC (C0350)
  • CAN_byState provides the status of the system bus of the PLC (C0359)

Applications

The two additional signals simplify the query of the CAN node address and the CAN status within a PLC project. If the CAN status or the CAN node address of a device is required for an application the data can be accessed directly via the system block.
