Error correction mode 21 with FB L_REF (elimination)

Fault correction:
The drive moves directly from the actual position (actual position value) to the home position after activation of the homing function. The home position is generated from the home position offset and the actual position value (mode 21).
The actual position value is saved power-failure protected when switching the mains. As a result, the actual position value is available again for homing after mains connection.
