Description of behavior: 

During automatic parameterization after selecting a motor in the 'Select motor' dialog, error messages appear when writing to current motor control parameters 0x2942:005 and 0x2942:007.  

 

Conditions under which the behavior occurs: 

The error messages described above occur when

  • The EASY Starter or PLC Designer is connected online to an inverter from the i5xx cabinet, protec, motec, or i650 motec series and
  • the firmware of the inverter in question supports current motor control parameters 0x2942:005 and 0x2942:007, and 
  • a motor has been selected for which a control mode other than "Sensorless control (SL-PSM) [3]" or "Sensorless control (SLSM-PSM) [8]" is preset.
