When scanning EtherCAT devices, the Safety_Process_Data objects are not inserted (corrected with V4.0.1)

Behavior of the new version;
The menu command 'Scan for Devices' correctly inserts EtherCAT devices with safety functions.
Description of behavior;
The Safety IO modules are missing from the 'Logical I/Os' folder.
Below the object 'Safety_I_O_module', the object 'Safety_Process_Data' is missing.
The variables of the 'Logical I/Os' in the 'Safety_Process_Data' object have the same name.
Conditions under which the behavior occurs: The behavior described above occurs when the EtherCAT devices have been added to the project using the 'Scan for Devices' menu command.

Short-term measures, Recommendations, Evaluation: Delete the affected device and the corresponding object under 'Logical I/Os' and then insert it manually.
