Motion axis (0x500A:10) and sensorless motor control modes: Target position not consistently displayed as actual position (fixed as of V03.32.00)

Removed from:
Bibliothek:  L_MC1P_MotionControlBasic  (FAST Motion)   ab V03.32.00

Behavior of the new version:
The actual position of the axis is now always calculated from the reported actual speed, regardless of the motor control mode set in the inverter (0x2C00).

Description of the behavior:
The actual position of the axis remains frozen at a fixed value if the inverter, z.e.g. i950, a sensorless motor control type not equal to "V/f characteristic control" is parameterized.

Under what conditions does the behavior occur?

  • Motor control mode in the inverter set to a sensorless control mode not equal to V/f characteristic control (0x2C00 = [3] or 0x2C00 = [4])
