i950ES: Brake status display in EasyStarter incorrect (fixed with V01.03.08)

Behavior of the new version:
The status of the brake is always displayed correctly
Under the conditions described below
The safety bus is parameterized in Safety,
and the SBC safety function is deactivated (SBC source: S-Bus or SD-In = [0])
and the safe fieldbus communication (FSoE or PROFIsafe) is not yet established => state "INIT",
and the brake is to be opened by "Override brake control 0x2820:011 "Open brake [1]".
The Status bit 19 in the object "Safety Interface - State 0x2870:002" is now set. The brake is engaged in this state and the status signaldisplays the correct brake status: 1. Status displays "Holding Brake detection - 0x2820:004 = Brake detection not started [0]" 2. Status displays "Holding Brake status - 0x2820:015 = Brake closed [0]"
Description of behavior:
The brake status display in Easy Starter is incorrect. It is displayed that the brake is open, although the brake is closed.
